What an amazing martial arts journey so far for our very own Zoe. She has practiced, taught and competed in more than one discipline over many years and has passed her knowledge on to many many students.
Last week, Andy Hennessy and the ICO technical committee let us know that Zoe would be awarded her 5th Dan Black belt for both Karate and Kickboxing.
It is such an honour and privilege and we would like to thank all of the ICO for these awards and all the hard work they do.
